Improved the My Usage page of My Stats. It now shows the combined puffs from all of your devices.

Improved the computation of the Temperature and Peak Temperature statistic. (It no longer includes people not using temperature protection often, as their puffs are likely due to connection issues.)
Moved the default displayed date from one to two weeks ago. This makes the displayed statistics based on more contributed data.
